Return and Refund Policy

Grace Preschool is committed to providing quality products through our online store. Please review the following policy regarding returns and refunds.
1. General Policy
All sales are considered final unless an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Due to the nature of our products, including made-to-order or limited-run items, we do not accept returns for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or general preference.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.
To help us resolve the issue efficiently, please include:
- Your order details
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)
Once reviewed, we will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
3. Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where:
- The item is confirmed to be defective or damaged
- The incorrect item was sent and cannot be replaced
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer standard exchanges. However, if an item is defective or incorrect, we may offer a replacement where available.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within a short time after being placed, before processing or production begins.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
6. Shipping Issues
Grace Preschool is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If an item is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue when possible.
